How Much Does Delivery Cost?
All orders are delivered free, however missed delivery items will be charged at standard rate.
How does the Shipping process work?

Once your order is processed, in stock items go straight to our dispatch team & you will receive a notification either via email or phone or both containing the tracking & carrier information. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery date.

For made-to-order, custom & bespoke pieces this will be between 6-12 weeks on average. All of our pre-order and new arrival pieces have specific delivery times listed on their product pages.

Who Delivers Your Furniture?

Our items are hand delivered by an insured delivery firm who specialise in furniture.

What Happens If I Miss a Delivery?

We will need to rebook your slot depending on availability & your location. A fee maybe payable for missed delivery orders.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

While all our furniture pieces are handmade we stock a limited amount of products in our warehouses. It depends on the item and your location. In stock items are generally ready for immediate dispatch. We endeavour to get these items on the delivery truck the very next day with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days after you’ve placed your order.

Can I Change My Delivery Address After I Have Placed My Order?

Amendments to orders can only be made if your order hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I Use My Gift Vouchers Online?

Yes, all vouchers can be redeemed online using the code displayed on your voucher.

Do Gift Vouchers Have an Expiry Date?

Yes, all vouchers expire 12 months after the purchase date. Any vouchers issued as a competition prize also expire after 12 months from the date of issue.

How Do I Arrange a Return?

To arrange a return, please email our customer services team info@timbermaker.com. Please note, we do not refund return costs.

What If My Item Is Faulty?

Please email our customer service team info@timbermaker.com within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or refund.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

We operate a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used, for example, if you pay by card we will refund you to the same card used to place the order.
