Returns

To offer you a stress-free shopping experience we have a policy that lasts 30 days. If for any reason change your mind & want to return the product back to us you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us to initiate the return. If 30 days have passed the date of purchase we will not be able to offer you a return or a refund. (Please note this excludes custom made orders)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error a partial refund will be processed & the amount will be determined by the type of issue. But rest assured we will work with you to avoid such a situation as we want our customers to be satisfied with our resolutions process. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.
 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@timbermaker.com and upon receipt of your email we will acknowledge, review and authorise you to send your product back to our warehouse for us to send you a replacement.

Shipping

To return your product, we request you to send us an email at info@timbermaker.com. We will acknowledge receipt and provide you with our warehouse address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we strongly advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
